Our Advisory Committee has played a pivotal role in shaping our curriculum. We’ve integrated adult learning theory in our curricula, emphasizing both provider- and patient-focused approaches. In addition, we’ve drawn on feedback from MD, DO, PA, NP, RN professionals and residents—gathered through focus groups and hands-on skills labs—to build a structured learning pathway that promotes safe, effective care and responds to the demands of aesthetic medicine today. Through close collaboration with risk management and Continuing Medical Education experts, we have ensured RSMD Aesthetics Training meets the highest levels of educational and clinical excellence.
